Kaels a Walker!

I meant to write this when I posted the new blog but we were trying to post video of it but it didnt seem to work for some odd reason. Kael started walking on September 25th, so 5 days after his 13 month birthday. Its so crazy to me now cause I really feel like i have lost my baby now. He is super cute and funny when he does it too. I guess the light just clicked and off he was. Its so adorable to see and I'm really excited cause i wanted him to start walking before halloween so he can walk around and go trick or treating. I love you to death kael and mommy and daddy are so proud of you!

Kaels One Year Birthday Party!

Hey everyone sorry it has taken us so long to put up the photos of kaels bithday party i cant believe its already passed and now his over 13 months now. Well we had kaels party at Chuckee Cheese with just family. His theme of course was baseball stuff and it was super cute. His cake was a baseball field that aunt julie made for him and were so grateful that she can do amazing cakes and we thank her and love her for it. We started off just having pizza and drinks and then we sang Happy Birthday to kael and had him blow out his candle and eat his cake which he had a blast doing as you can see the pictures below. Then we served the bigger cake for everyone else and it was sooo good! After we took off most of his clothes and gave him a bath in the sink of the bathrooms we went and played games and rode on the rides. There was only three little kids there which was kael, mattie and jake. They all had so much fun and it was fun watching them play there too. Then we came back and opened presents, kael had no idea what to do but he loved having the gifts once they were opened. He just got lots of toys, some clothes and a new facing front car seat. After that we thanked everyone for coming and all that they did to celebrate this special day for kael. We are so very grateful for him and the joy that he brings to our lives. We love him to death and we dont know what we would do without him. Thank you again to everyone that supported him on that day and just a little bit of advice to the ones that have children.... please take advantage of them everyday because it seriously flys by so fast!!! Love ya guys

BYU Vs Colorado State

We are going to post about Kael's birthday and stuff we are just waiting til we have more time. So don't think we aren't going to post about it.

This past weekend we went to the BYU game in which BYU was victorious. It was a wonderful game and Whitney and I enjoyed ourself. Kael was left with grandma. Before the game we went on the field and we got this pic with Whitney and Max Hall. Unga is in the back there if you look closely. Every year Kael and I are going to get BYU jerseys and during the season we will get them signed and then frame them at the end of the year for our theatre room when we have a house. This year I got a Max Hall Jersey and Kael has an Unga Jersey. Thanks to Clayton (Whitney's boss) we got to go on the field and he is going to take our jerseys and get them signed.

Kael's One Year Pictures

For Kael's one year pictures we just went to Kiddie Kandids. They turned out really good.Here Kael is just standing up on a ladder. He is close to walking. He can stand all by himself. He walks all around the house holding his lion toy.Here he is with some blocks. His favorite word right now is ball. He knows what a ball is and he loves all balls. We always get him a big bouncee ball every time we go to Old Navy from the quarter machine.
Here he is just smiling while he is on his stomach.
He has such a cute smile. He is usually really good for pics for about 15 minutes and then he doesn't want to be there anymore.

This is my favorite pic. He looks so old here. He is growing up so fast. I am so happy to be Kael's dad. He makes me laugh all the time.

Family Photos

Its Kael's First Birthday today so I just wanted to let everyone know and wish him the BEST FIRST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!! We are having a birthday party for him at Chuckee Cheese. We will get pics and video and we will get them on here as soon as we can.

this is the 4th at grandmas house. We had breakfast that morning at her house and then we went bowling after, then went to the sandy parade which we have pictures of that below, then we went to dinner after and the watched fireworks at grandmas house.

kael got a pool thaty stays at grandmas and here he is playing in it with his boat. He loves that thing. He feels really cool in his boat because he can stand up and walk around in his pool with it and sometimes trys to dive in with it which is the scary part. Well I hope that you guys enjoyed all the photos and this time we will try to keep up on the photos. Nothing is really new with us just that kael will be turning 1 in August which is really sad. He can say momma and dadda and just rolls all over our house but no crawling yet, he does have 2 teeth on the bottom and is getting in his ones on the top. He is just a great baby and we love him to death!
